Why we create this blog

During this COVID-19 Pandemic, a lot of countries has been lockdown, the economy has ground to a halt. People have been suggested to stay at home, keep social distance between each other and avoiding non-essential travels.

 

Under this situation, the public is experiencing greater levels of stress and anxiety than before, which is affecting the public’s lifestyle rapidly.

 

Sleeping as one of the most important activities in everyone’s life is also affected by this pandemic. Our team is planning to create a Sleep Guide during COVID-19 to help the public adjusting and coping their life in this special situation.

This “Sleep Guide” is a blog that contains different knowledge that the public needs to know about their sleeping behaviour. Topics included are:
