Learning Theory
In this blog, we have applied the mixed learning theory of "Cognitivism" and "Constructivism."
Constructivism learning is focusing on learner control and the capability of the learner to manipulate information. Knowledge will be build based on existing information through experiential. On the other hand, Cognitivism learning is more focused on how students process the information they learned.

In our blog modules, we ask students to reply to the forum on their experience of the topic. They are also required to contribute to the final healthy sleep tip forum, which eventually will be shared with the public as guidance. The student will produce knowledge based on their experience and the existing information we provide them through readings and videos.
Learning Design
In this blog, we have applied "Cooperative learning" in our design, where the student will working as a big group, in the end, to participate in the Healthy Tip forum. The goal if this project is to ask the student to contribute one tip and example in the Healthy Sleep Tip that we are going to share with the public in the future. Students' examples need to be unique; therefore, they have to read through each other's post to avoid duplicate. They were also required to provide feedback to other student's responses to encourage communication between students.
