As we have discussed what is sleep, what is sleep disorder, how sleep can be affected during COVID-19 and why sleep is important during this COVID-19 Pandemic time in past 2 Modules. In this Module, we will invite you to help us create a healthy sleep guideline together.

  1. Detailed description of how to improve or plan

For example: if your tip is: establish a healthy sleep schedule. Please provide a mock up or a template that can use to schedule plan. And please include what criteria can be consider as a healthy sleep schedule.
